In line with new government legislation, we have published our Gender Pay Gap Report. We are pleased to say that there’s virtually no gender pay gap at Catalyst.
Judith Foss, Executive Director of People and Culture, said, “Our Gender Pay Gap report reflects Catalyst’s ongoing commitment to fairness and inclusion. We know that businesses and organisations truly thrive when there is a diverse and inclusive workforce. However, we know that there is always more to do and we will continue to work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that Catalyst is a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected for the unique contribution they bring.”
Catalyst’s core values are: open, integrity, inclusive and caring. Analysing our gender pay gap, and reporting on it, is entirely consistent with those values. Discovering that we have no gender pay gap shows that we actually live our values as well.
We’re very pleased with these results, but we’re not complacent. We will continue to operate and develop our recruitment, promotion and pay policies based on principles of fairness, equality and respect for all.
Catalyst is committed to being a great place to work. We know that it’s only by attracting and retaining great people that we will continue to improve the service we deliver to our customers.
