Catalyst and Lea Valley Homes schemes have been shortlisted for Inside Housing Development awards.
The ceremony celebrates the very best residential development across the UK from the past year.
Kite Meadows in Princes Risborough has been shortlisted for the Best Development Award in the 50 to 100 homes category.
Built on the site of the former LeoPharma factory, Lea Valley Homes’ development offers 96 two, three, four and five-bedroom family homes for market sale, shared ownership and affordable rent.
Littlemore Park in Oxford has been nominated in the Best Affordable Development category.
Catalyst’s 270-home residential development is on the outskirts of Oxford and will play an important role to play in tackling city’s ongoing affordability crisis – 80% will be for social rent and the remainder for shared ownership.
Blackhorse Yard in Waltham Forest has been shortlisted for the Best Shared Ownership Award in the urban category.
Developed by Catalyst in partnership with Swan Housing on the site of a former industrial estate, the 359-shared ownership home development has received receipt planning permission and expected to be complete in the summer of 2024. It will include a creative hub, artists’ studios, a new pedestrian link and public space, along with nearly 3,000sqm of new commercial space.
