This is an uncertain time and we know that your household income may be changing. If you’re worried about being able to pay your rent or service charge, it’s important you tell us as soon as possible so we can help you.
We need our customers to continue to prioritise and pay rent so we can continue to provide homes and important services. If you’re worried you won’t be able to, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to understand your current situation and income, and help you find out about any benefits or help you might be entitled to.
Our primary focus is to support and work with customers to apply for the benefits you are entitled to and agree repayment plans that are affordable. We are focused on supporting, not penalising our customers during this challenging time.
