An update on our services during the coronavirus outbreak

We’re working hard to maintain essential services and support our customers who need us most during the coronavirus pandemic.

We’re here to offer help and advice on lots of areas including financial and wellbeing support.

Wellbeing support

Over the past few weeks, we’ve made over 1,000 wellbeing calls to our customers. The purpose of the calls are to make sure customers are safe and well, and if there is anything they need help with such as accessing benefits or employment support.

Our dedicated wellbeing team are also working in partnership with local, specialist services to offer practical and emotional support and signpost customers to appropriate services, when needed.

We’ve also put together a useful information page on our website with links to organisations, services and helplines covering everything from money and budgets, to relationships and home life.

Financial support

Our financial support teams continue to offer help, support and guidance to those customers who have experienced a change to their income or are looking for some help and advice.

If you think you may struggle financially during this difficult time, then please get in touch. We’re here to help you. You can find more information on how we can help on our dedicated page here.

Repairs and maintenance

Our repairs service continues to deal with emergency repairs and essential home safety checks only, helping to keep our customers’ safe and secure in their homes.

We’ve been advised by the government and the Health and Safety Executive that gas and electrical safety inspections remain essential work, that we are obliged to undertake during the current crisis.

It’s important that government advice on social distancing is followed, and you keep at least two metres apart when our contractors visit your home.

Out and about in the community

We’ve increased cleaning in some areas and ask you to please keep communal areas tidy and clear as usual. If you live in one of our blocks or estates and there are communal doorways, lifts and stairwells, please always wash your hands once you get back to your home, even if you’ve just popped outside to take the bins out.

Keeping you updated

Please regularly check our website and social media channels to find all the latest updates on how we are continuing to support you during this unusual time.

We are also able to keep you updated via email and text message. If you’re unsure if we have your correct details, please email us at

Stay safe, stay home and get in touch with us if you need help.
