An update from our Wellbeing team

We set up our Wellbeing team in March 2020 in direct response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

9 June – Repairs temporarily unavailable for home counties customers

Due to colleague training, customers living in the home counties will be unable to report repairs from 8am to 11.30am on Wednesday 9 June via our contact centre.

Designing homes you love

We’re developing a range of housing designs for our new developments and would love to know what you think what makes a home a great place to live in.

Spring Bank Holiday

Our contact centres will be closed on Monday 31 May for the Spring Bank Holiday. We’ll will reopen on Tuesday 1 June.

An update on services in Bedford and Hounslow following the new Covid-19 variant

The government has announced new guidance for boroughs including Bedford and Hounslow following an increase in cases of the new variant.  

Oak Tree House coffee morning

Join the Oak Tree House team in their new café and craft area for an over 55’s coffee and cake morning, every Wednesday and Friday from 10am-12 noon.
