How to report a repair
From 29 March our full repairs service returned, including emergency, external and communal repairs.
If you notice that a repair is needed in your home, please report it to us as soon as possible to help us make sure the fault is fixed in good time.
Easter contact centre opening hours
Our contact centres will be closed for the Easter bank holiday from Friday 2 to Monday 5 April. We’ll will reopen on Tuesday 6 April.

How we’re using your feedback
Throughout the year, we contact customers to find out their views on services across Catalyst. At the end of last year, we ran our anniversary survey speaking to 622 customers (October – December 2020) who told us what matters most to them and what service they were most satisfied with.
