Service update as lockdown restrictions ease

At the end of last year, we had to reduce some of our services to keep everyone safe, but as restrictions ease, we’re pleased to share that we’re now able to increase some of our services again.

Our services to you during the latest national lockdown

On Monday 4 January, the Government announced a third national lockdown for the whole of the UK. The new regulations are enforced by law and will be in place until further notice. You can read the full restrictions on the government website.

Tier 4 Update – Boxing Day

An update following Tier 4 restrictions and Christmas announcement

On Saturday, the government announced Tier 4 restrictions in parts of London, the South East and East of England, which came in to effect from 00.01 on Sunday 20 December. To find out what the restrictions are in your area, you should visit the government website.

An update following the latest tier review

The government has announced that at 00.01 on Wednesday 16 December, London, South and West Essex and parts of Hertfordshire will be moving to Tier 3 as part of the ‘Winter Plan’.

Our update following new local tiers announcement

On Thursday 26 November, the government announced new tier systems restrictions in local areas starting from Wednesday 2 December. The three tier system will be reviewed every two weeks and sets out different rules depending on which tier you are in. This is part of the government’s winter plan.

Latest Covid-19 update – high alert level in Oxford city and Luton

The government has announced that Oxford city and Luton will be moving up from Saturday 24 October into high level (also referred to as Tier 2) of the local Covid-19 alert level tier system.
