An update on our services during the coronavirus outbreak
The coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak continues to impact on us all, and we want to assure you that the health and wellbeing of you, your family and our colleagues remains our top priority.
As we come to the end of another week of lockdown, we want to update you on what we’ve been doing to keep essential services going and support you through this uncertain time.
We’ve quickly adapted our ways of working with many of our office-based teams working from home. This means that we can continue with a lot of our services and create new ways of supporting our customers.

We’re here to help
Our wellbeing project has a dedicated team of supportive colleagues who can give you advice and signpost you to appropriate support services. They will be contacting our customers in the coming weeks, or you can call 0300 456 2099 to have a chat with a member of the team. You can also contact the team on firstname.lastname@example.org
Repairs and maintenance
In order to protect our customers, colleagues and contractors, we’re carrying out emergency repairs only until further notice.

Independent Living support
Our Independent Living teams are working hard to help our residents during this time. This service requires our colleagues to be in the homes of residents, so we’ve made some changes to keep residents and colleagues safe and well.
They have adapted quickly to these changes and we’ve had some great messages from customers expressing their appreciation.

As well as the launch of our new wellbeing project, our community investment team, Catalyst Communities, has set up a £30,000 emergency fund to help voluntary sector organisations support communities with the challenges of Covid-19. Smaller charities and community groups can apply to access the fund for up to £2,000.
The team has also created a useful resource pack for young people and their families while at home over the coming weeks. The pack includes educational links for learning, games and family activities.
Out and about in the community
Our Estate Services teams and contractors are continuing to provide essential customer facing services during this difficult time. This includes enhanced cleaning to thousands of homes and communal spaces, sanitising all hard surface touch points like lift buttons, handrails and door handles to keep our customers safe.
Our gardening and maintenance teams are also providing an essential service to customers by cutting the grass and keeping hedges trimmed.
Please remember that if you see our teams out in your neighbourhood to respect the government social distancing rules and keep at least two metres away.
