Contact centre telephone issues

Catalyst’s contact centre has faced some ongoing issues with the telephone system and we’ve been unable to receive incoming calls from some customers. We have now identified the fault in the system, and we are working towards restoring our phone system as soon as possible but we now know that it won’t be restored today (Monday 18th November).
