Holland Park Fire – Update

Supporting the residents affected by last night’s fire has been Catalyst’s foremost priority. We would also like to reiterate our condolences and sympathies to the family of our resident that tragically died.

A Catalyst customer liaison team has been in close contact with each of the residents, and we are working to make sure that each person has their needs met in both the short and longer term.

We would also like to thank the emergency service personnel, the incident response team from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and the Catalyst employees that attended the scene, for their professionalism and commitment to the safety and wellbeing of those affected by the fire.
