Once complete, St Bernard’s Gate will deliver 270 homes; 130 for market-sale, 118 shared-ownership and 22 for social rent. It will also see the complete refurbishment and restoration of three Grade-II listed buildings, The Gatehouse, North House and the St Bernard’s Chapel.
The regeneration of the Havelock Estate in Southall began in 2014 and will deliver 922 new homes, of which: 53% are for social rent / shared ownership and 47% are for private sale. Phase 1A was complete in March 2017, with our first residents already living in their new properties.
Catalyst’s planning application for an 80-home development on the site of the former Coppetts Wood Hospital was approved by the London Borough of Haringey in February 2017. 54% of the new properties will be affordable, consisting of 25 shared ownership apartments and 18 homes for affordable rent, six of which will be family-sized homes.
