Customer magazine now out
Catalyst, our customer magazine is now out and available on our website here.
Jessica Lock, customer services officer, graces this edition’s cover, which also includes:
- Information on how we’re centralising our customer contact points (pages 4-5)
- An interview with Mo, who works in our new digital neighbourhood service centre (pages 6-7)
- Details of how we supported a resident in financial difficulty (pages 12-13).
The publication, along with the CRF newsletter, will hit customers’ doorsteps from Tuesday 27 July. Tenants will also get a copy of their rent statements.
