Friary Park Community Centre has a wide range of activities, whether you’re looking for employment advice, fun social activities or activities for your children. Please see below for the list of weekly activities:
Tuesdays
Workclub, 10am-2pm
Get support in searching for suitable work, writing an effective CV, and improving your interview skills.
Ealing IAPT (increasing access to psychological therapies), 10am-2pm
Face-to-face talking therapy for those with stress, anxiety, or mild depression.
Money matters, 10am-2pm
Financial advice including help with budgeting and advice on applying for a Catalyst grant.
Last Tuesday of the month.
Energy advice, 10am-2pm
Bring in your energy bills for a consultation with our energy expert on how much you could be saving.
First Tuesday of the month.
Wednesdays
Stay & Play, 9.30am-11am
For children under 5 and their parents or carers.
Every Wednesday during term time,
Stress management training, 12am-1.30pm
Help managing any stress, worries or trouble sleeping through relaxation exercises and problem solving.

Thursdays
Homework club, 4-5pm
For 8-18 years.
Football club, 5-6.30pm
For 8- 11 years.
Youth Club, 6.30-9pm
For 11-18 years. Activities to include pool, cooking, arts and crafts, computer games and health and fitness classes, plus more to be decided in consultation with club attendees.
Fridays
Dealing with long-term illness
Self-management course for people with diabetes, asthma, arthritis, pain conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy and other long-term conditions.
The course includes: goal setting, nutrition advice, relaxation techniques, physical activities, stress management and much more. The course is taught by facilitators who also have a long-term illness.
