New Executive Director of Customer Services
Maria’s experience in customer service spans over 20 years. She has led customer service strategies and operations for online organisations including Spotify, ASOS and Red Letter Days.
Maria has been leading digital services throughout her career. She believes technology is best used when it makes the lives of customers and employees easier and more engaging. During her working life, Maria has influenced the s er vice for over 50 million customers and over 1, 500 employees.
In the coming year we will be introducing more online services for customers as part of our digital strategy, and it is great to have Maria’s experience and expertise in digital services to help us deliver these improvements.
When she’s not working on improving services for customers and employees, Maria loves spending time with her family, travelling, cooking, learning about the world and, of course, all things technological .
