Maintenance and improvement work to our Ealing office

Our Ealing office reception area is getting a new look in the New Year.

Work in the reception area will begin on Monday 7 December and will be completed by Monday 4 January. For the three weeks from 7 December the second floor reception desk will be open, however there will be limited seating space and no interview rooms. We will try to keep noise and dust to a minimum, but there may be some impact on this area and we apologise for any inconvenience.

The Citizens Advice Bureau representative will be situated in a meeting room on the second floor. If you have an appointment with the representative, we will take you to this room. There will be a further small informal meeting room available for private discussions.

During the period between Christmas and New Year (29, 30 and 31 December) the second floor reception area will be closed. A temporary reception service will be based on the ground floor of Ealing Gateway between 10am and 4pm on these days to greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
