South east customer service committee: we need you

Do you have the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to represent the views of residents? Do you want to help shape how Catalyst is run and represent the views of residents? Then why not become a customer service committee member in the south east?

We’ve recently set up two customer service committees, which replace our local boards. And we’re now looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join the south east committee, which covers the areas of Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Luton. The role involves:

  • attending up to four meetings per year
  • setting service standards and reviewing performance
  • making decisions about how services are run and delivered

To make sure you have the right skills and knowledge for the job, we’ll give you free training and will also pay reasonable expenses. This is the perfect chance to expand your skills and experience, and it will look great on your CV.
