Catalyst receives Great Place to Work recognition
Catalyst is pleased to announce that on the 21 May it was awarded a position in the Great Place to Work® top 30 UK large employer report.
Catalyst was one of only three not-for-profit organisations to make it into the top 30. This is the first time Catalyst has entered this programme and joins companies such as Ikea, eBayand Microsoft in this prestigious list.
Over 86% of those surveyed at Catalyst said they would recommend working at Catalyst to others, and 90% of those surveyed say that when you join the organisation you are made to feel welcome.
As well as being recognised as a Best Workplace – Catalyst has also been named as a 2014 Sunday Times best company to work for (not-for-profit) and to have achieved Best Companies accreditation – two star rating.
