Why has my kitchen and bathroom planned maintenance work been delayed?

Although we attempt to complete the programme in the financial year that it has been allocated for, sometimes delays can occur. These may be caused by changes that have had to be made due to the outcome of work surveys resulting in other properties having to take priority. Unforeseen works may also occur, which may then cause delays.

Our asset management team will work with you to notify you of any changes to planned maintenance works and the reasons for this.
