What is the Stock Condition Survey letter about?
Catalyst carries out stock condition surveys on a rolling basis.
This survey will help us understand the condition your home is in, so that we can prioritise the planned maintenance works programme for our properties.
When your home is due for works, you will receive a letter from our planned maintenance team to inform you that they are carrying out a stock condition survey.
The letter will include the name and phone number of the surveyor that will carry out the survey. If you are not in the property at the time they will leave a calling card. You can also contact them directly in the number given in letter.
Please note that the surveyor will carry photographic ID when calling at your home
