What happens if I cannot give access to contractors for an electrical test?
Testing is mandatory and the terms of your tenancy agreement stipulate that you must provide access.
We will try to accommodate your needs as much as we can. Please contact us as soon as you receive the letter, on the telephone numbers listed on the letter itself. Please bear in mind that testing is carried out normally 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
