What are ‘complex works’?
‘Complex works’ means that we have to replace more than one component (a section of work, such as a kitchen, or radiators, etc.) and this has to be co-ordinated with other works.
For example, if we need electrical work to be done, we may need to do them before any kitchen works can be carried out.
Another example may be where we may have to apply to the local authority for planning permission to upgrade windows and work will have to be put on hold until approval has been granted.
