Does Catalyst Communities offer support for vulnerable residents under 55?

Yes, our specialist support services officers provide care and support to vulnerable residents living in our self-contained, rented and leasehold properties.

The service is available to Catalyst residents aged 24-54 and supports with the following:

  • Physical and mental health.
  • Learning disabilities.
  • Substance misuse, or addiction.
  • Support to victims, or perpetrators of anti-social behaviour.
  • Behaviour problems.
  • Support where there is risk of losing your tenancy or lease due to any of the above and non-payment of rent.
