What are examples of nuisance anti-social behaviour (ASB) incidents?

We class an ASB incident as ‘nuisance’  where there is nuisance or annoyance to any person, such as noise nuisance.

Examples include: loitering, drug dealing, drunk and rowdy behaviour, general gang related activity, misuse of communal areas and communal equipment, etc.

Please note that it does not include matters such as general living sounds, fireworks, one-off parties, neighbour disputes, etc.

You can report a case of nuisance ASB online, by telephone on  0300 456 2099 or by email. We will respond within three working days.
