What are examples of environmental anti-social behaviour (ASB) incidents?

Environmental ASB includes issues that relate to the physical environment of our communal areas.

Examples include: fly tipping, misuse of waste disposal, abandoned cars, graffiti, feeding birds, dog fouling, drug paraphernalia, hoarding, fly tipping, and noise (Please note that noise issues will need to be referred to the local authority first, this includes loud music and pets noise)

We do not categorise as ASB, however, lifestyle differences, such as children playing, one-off parties, babies crying, cooking odours, irregular car repairs, putting rubbish out on the wrong day, etc.

You can report an ASB incident to Catalyst in a number of ways:

  • Online
  • By calling us on 0300 456 2099.
  • By e-mail
