If repairs need to be carried out before I move in, when will these take place?

Before a void (empty) property can be re-let any repairs, or upgrades that are required will be carried out before a new resident moves in. Once the repairs are complete, the property will be inspected by a Surveyor to make sure that the works are done to standard and specifications, and will then advise our allocations and lettings team that the property is ready to let.
