What age can a boy and girl share a room until?
Our policy allows for a boy and a girl to share a room up until one of them has reached the age of 10.
If you are a Catalyst resident with children of different sexes sharing a room, and one of them is aged 10 or over, you can request a housing transfer.
However, due to demands on housing, it is likely that your transfer will take longer than you would like it to. We strongly recommend that you consider mutual exchange, as a much more successful means of moving to a bigger home.
