How do I access and bid on Locata?

Once you’ve registered for a transfer, our allocations and lettings team will write to you within 10 working days, advising you of the priority band that you have been awarded and your Locata login details.

Once you have received the letter, you’ll be able to start bidding by going to Locata’s website and checking the adverts: they list information about each property available for letting, including features such as number of rooms. Locata has also an online map to assist you in identifying properties available in your preferred area.

Please be aware that you will be able to see all available properties in the website,  and it is important that you read the advert and ensure you are eligible for the properties before you start bidding for them.
