Do you offer incentives to downsize?

We offer households that are under-occupying the following incentives to move to a smaller home:

• Up to £1,000 per room, and.
• Up to £500 per household for help with moving costs (in addition to the above).

Please note that if you are on arrears, these will be deducted from your incentive payment.

We pay this when tenants transfer to a new home with Catalyst or another social landlord.
