Homes to buy

We excel in creating high quality, award-winning affordable homes in London and the Home Counties, including shared ownership, outright sales, and through equity loans.

Home ownership opportunities

With the ever increasing rise in property prices in London and the Home Counties, many ordinary people are priced out of the market. We offer a range of opportunities that enable aspiring individuals and families to get on to the property ladder and also offer opportunities for people to move up the property ladder.

Outright sales

If you are able to purchase a property without any Government assistance, we have a fantastic selection of properties available on the open market. You do not need a live or work connection to buy on the open market.

Shared ownership

This is part-buy/part-rent scheme. This allows you to buy a share of a property and pay a subsidised rent on the rest. The combined monthly costs of your rent and mortgage will normally be a lot less than buying the property on the open market.

Shared ownership resales

These properties become available when existing shared owners wish to sell their stake in the property, normally as a result of moving up the property ladder.

Equity loans

Equity loan schemes offer low-interest loans that boost your affordability by topping up your mortgage. These schemes allow you to buy a property that you would normally be unable to afford. You can buy any property of your choice as long as it is not tied to another government backed homeownership scheme. However, there are certain eligibility requirements depending on where the scheme is being offered.
