Dee Park, Reading
Our plans for Dee Park include creating 705 new homes, an extra care facility, a new school (with nursery), children’s centre, community centre as well as retail and commercial facilities.
The history
Dee Park is a Radburn design, 1960s housing estate in Reading which includes a retail centre and school. The Dee Park Partnership (DPP), a joint venture between Catalyst and Willmott Dixon, was selected by Reading Borough Council in September 2007 to regenerate the area.
