Bullet point briefing: the latest regeneration news from Havelock

From everyone on the Catalyst team at Havelock, we hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well during this time.

Catalyst has written to customers, providing information and guidance about coronavirus (COVID-19), and are working hard to ensure that all the services that people rely on remain in place.

We are continuing to review the future phases of the Havelock regeneration, as we were before. We appreciate that the review is taking a long time, but at the moment we don’t expect the outbreak to delay it any further.

Bouygues started back on site Monday 27 April with a reduced staff, and are complying with all government social distancing and safety guidelines. Works will progress at a slower pace than anticipated due to these measures.

The sales and marketing suite is closed until further notice, however the sales team are doing virtual viewings by appointment and are in regular contact with customers.  They have successfully done some sales this way already, and completions are still going ahead. If you’d like to speak to our sales team, please call 020 3369 0242.

The green space and play area in Phase 1 are almost complete. We will open them once it is safe for Bouygues to finish the work and for Catalyst to open the spaces, following government guidelines.

Catalyst’s office on Hunt Road has closed for the time being, to help keep our colleagues and visitors safe. Our Contact Centre is still open at the usual hours, please call 0300 456 2099.
