Chief Operating Officer
Sarah joined Peabody from Catalyst, where she was Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive leading on the operations side of the business.
Prior to this, Sarah worked at Guinness as the Executive Director of Customer Services, where she was responsible for the delivery of a customer service culture, launching digital services and implementing a new model for local, mobile customer-facing teams.
In a similar role at RHP, Sarah revitalised their customer service strategy resulting in a string of national customer experience awards and improved customer satisfaction. At Eurostar, Sarah led a Europe wide award-winning change programme to deliver service and operational excellence.
