We’ve launched our new Customer Experience Strategy which will make a real change to the experience we deliver to our customers. We are making big changes to the way we deliver repairs and maintenance, with new contractors in place later this year. We’re working with colleagues across Catalyst to make sure that every one of us behaves in a way that makes a positive difference to customers.
We have also changed the way we look, to demonstrate our commitment to improving. For this website, the programme of positive changes starts with look and feel, and will see improvements to functionality and content over the coming months.
