Mutual exchange allows tenants to swap homes anywhere in the UK. If you’re a Catalyst tenant, you may be able swap your home with another council or housing association tenant but you must get our permission before you swap. Key Living – affordable rented homes for key workers and professionals
We provide a range of affordable single rented rooms with shared facilities. These homes are located across London and are let on a furnished basis on assured shorthold tenancies. If you’re a frontline public sector worker (eg health, community, education, emergency services etc), or a professional working locally, find out more about Key Living.
