Join the leaseholders' panel
Improving our services is a key priority for us, and we need your help to get it right
As the customer, you are in the best position to tell us what we are doing right and the things we can do better.
So to help us improve services, we’ve set up a special leaseholders’ panel.
The panel meets three times a year and members review our policies, procedures and action plans. These documents determine how we provide services to you. So by examining them, you will be involved in the decisions that affect you.
As a panel member, you will also get the chance to have your say on various issues and be responsible for the positive changes we make. The panel has so far reviewed our leaseholders’ handbook, which we’re in the process of updating.
