Flexible tenure

Are you experiencing severe financial hardship?  If so, we may buy back some of the shares in the property

Under certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider buying back some of your share in the property. We will only purchase a sufficient share if you provide us with evidence that you are in severe financial difficulty. You will also need to demonstrate that both short and long term options such as loan rescheduling or selling, have been exhausted. Consequently, the rent will increase to reflect the equity we would own.

If we buy more shares in your property, the rent that you pay will increase in proportion to the equity held by the Group. If we agree to buy your property outright, the rent will be 80% of the market rent and you will be offered an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Your mortgage lender must also agree to any new proposals.
