Join our customer communications panel
You will work with our communications team to help us make sure that all our customer communications are clear, easy to understand, relevant and helpful. You will get the chance to review our customer magazines, information leaflets and our website.
Become a mystery shopper
As a mystery shopper (or secret shopper) you can help us test our services anonymously and assess how well we respond and how helpful we are. You will then report back to us so that we can work on improving our services. We offer free training in mystery shopping so why not sign up now.
Help us with surveys and focus groups
Give us your views on our services by taking part in a survey or focus group. Most surveys take less than 30 minutes to complete and you can usually do them at home. We also run focus groups – which take a couple of hours – and are a really helpful way for you to tell us what you think about our services. We offer free training for anyone who is interested in helping to improve our services.
Catalyst Residents Federation (CRF)
The Catalyst Residents Federation is a body of residents drawn from across the various residents’ groups in Catalyst Housing. It acts as the overall guardian of resident involvement with Catalyst Housing – both facilitating and supporting resident involvement but also providing an overview about how we should develop and improve resident involvement.
