Flexible tenure

You can sell some of your share in your property back to us if your circumstances change.

However, this is an option of last resort only, if for example you are in severe financial difficulties.

We will need proof of your financial situation and you will need to demonstrate to us that you have explored all other options such as loan rescheduling and selling your property.

Your mortgage lender would also have to agree to any flexible tenure proposals.

What happens if we buy back some of your share?

If we do agree to buy back some of your share, your rent will increase in proportion to the additional equity we buy from you.

If we buy your property outright your rent will be 80% of the market rent and you will be offered an assured shorthold tenancy.

If you think flexible tenure might help you please contact us for further information.
