Local offers
Find out more about your local service standards, based on local priorities
The Tenant Services Authority, our regulator, has introduced new national standards that all housing associations must meet.
The six national standards ask us to:
- Involve and empower you so that you have a say in the service we provide and how we provide it; and you have your complaints listened and responded to
- Give you homes that are high quality, in good repair and maintained to a high standard
- Allocate homes to you in a fair way and charge a fair rent
- Look after your neighbourhood, promote a good community environment and tackle anti-social behaviour
- Give you value for money
- Run Catalyst housing efficiently to make sure it continues to be financially viable
The Tenant Services Authority has asked us to develop, in consultation with you, additional services that are tailored to your needs. These are called ‘local offers’.
Local offers help us to improve our services so that everyone, particularly disadvantaged groups, has full access to our services.
Our local offers have been developed through meetings we have had with you. They have been agreed with you. You will assess, through resident forums and local boards, how we are meeting the standards and how we can continually improve them.
