The Catalyst Residents Federation (CRF) worked with us to publish this year’s residents’ annual report, published in September 2011:
In order to produce this report, the CRF looked through the commitments that we made last year, picked out the ones that seemed the most important, and asked us to provide a short update on our progress.

Our performance in 2010/11
The Tenant Services Authority, our regulator, has six standards that all social housing providers must meet.

Some highlights this year
It’s been a busy year, and there’s been a lot going on. During this year we:
- started joining together to become Catalyst Housing
- set up our new community charity, Catalyst Gateway
- began to set up four local boards to oversee local services
- worked on ‘local offers’ for each local board area
- completed the first new flats and houses at Dee Park, Reading
- began the Wornington Green regeneration, in Kensington
