Your local board

Our local boards are there to make sure we understand our customers’ needs and aspirations. They are there to help us improve our services and give more choice to our customers

Your local board includes resident reps and focuses on local issues. At their last meeting in November, your board decided to:

  • look at how we perform in key areas such as voids (re-letting empty homes), rent arrears, complaints and gas appliance maintenance. This will help highlight the areas where we can do better
  • map out local services for local people. So we’ll start producing maps which show resident involvement opportunities, hotspots for anti-social behaviour and the delivery of local services by our housing team
  • have more input around our major works programme (such as kitchen and bathroom renewals). They’ll also be helping to prioritise the money spent in your area through the estate improvement budget

The board will meet again in February and we’ll keep you updated on progress.

Do you have something you want your local board to know about?

Is there something of concern to you? Then just fill in our Residents’ forum discussion form (65KB) and your local residents’ association will discuss the issue.

Become a local board member

Do you have the drive, commitment and aptitude to represent the views of our residents and help to shape how Catalyst is run? Then why not become a local board member for west London or the South East?

We’re looking for someone to be the voice of our communities and ensure Catalyst always puts residents first.

You’ll have the chance to set our standards, review performance and make decisions about our services in west London and the South East.
