Our residents are the best people to tell us what works well and where we can do better. We work with you to improve services and make our neighbourhoods better places to live.

How we work with you

Our resident involvement strategy helps us make sure we have the right structures and opportunities in place to support residents in getting involved. We aim to support and empower residents to help us to improve services and create strong accountability within a framework of co-regulation and localism.

We work with residents, in compliance with the Homes and Communities Agency’s Regulatory Framework, to hold our organisation to account, and to scrutinise and improve our services.

Help improve our services

Find out how you can get involved in improving services for all Catalyst residents. You can join our London or south east Customer Service Committees to improve our performance, sign-up to the Policy Forum to give your views on our policies or become a member of the Scrutiny Panel to drive continuous improvement.

Local involvement opportunities

There are many ways in which you can get involved to improve your local neighbourhood. You may might to join a local residents’ group to champion the needs of their area, become a block representative to be the formal link between residents and Catalyst, or just come along to our special events.

Sign up for free training

Do you want to get involved but feel you don’t have the right skills to do so? Our free training courses will give you the confidence and skills you need to work with and represent others. Courses are open to all Catalyst residents, and are intended to be rewarding and fun.

Get funding for your group

We give grants to residents’ groups to help them start-up or run their group or association. We also pay expenses to residents who take part in our activities or meetings.
