Residents are the best people to tell us what works well and where we can do better. We need your help to improve our services and make your community a better place to live
There are lots of ways to get involved – and we will provide free training and support to make sure you have the skills you need. We will also cover your expenses (such as childcare and travel costs). Find out how you can help – and develop your knowledge and expertise at the same time:
- Help us improve our services and customer communications (join our customer communications panel, help us with surveys, become a Catalyst mystery shopper)
- Have your say locally: tell us where we can do better and represent your neighbourhood (become a block rep, get together with other residents, become a community champion)
- Local offers: local commitments (help us set priorities for your local area)
- Funding for local groups (support for residents’ groups)
- Free training for residents (courses on a range of topics)
