Different ways to get involved
In 2011, we gained landlord accreditation from the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS). This award recognises best practice in tenant involvement.
There are lots of ways for residents to get involved in decision making at Catalyst. For example, you could join a local group or resident association, or take part in a survey or forum to help us improve our services.
Your local board
We have four local boards that include resident representatives. These boards cover Brent, Kensington & Chelsea, West London and the South East (outside London).

Our community charity, Catalyst Gateway, also offers a range of training and support to help local residents find and keep jobs. We run schemes that help with CVs, applications forms, interview preparation, work placements, training and apprenticeships.
