A single customer services department responsible for all housing and customer facing services

By bringing all our housing services into a single department we will improve the standards of our services.

During the consultation you told us that you were less concerned with structure than with quality of service.

  • CCHA London: 67% were in favour
  • CCHA South East: 65% were in favour
  • FCH: 75% were in favour
  • KHT: 58% were in favour
