Who will be my new landlord?

The name of your new landlord is Catalyst Housing Limited.

Does my local office still exist?

Yes. We’ve kept local offices in Brent, Ealing, Kensington, Oxford and Reading.

Has my rent or service charge change?

No. How we set rents are controlled by a formula fixed by the government. If you’re a leaseholder, this restructure has not affected your service charge.

Unrelated to our restructure, the government has also recently announced plans to make some changes to social housing tenancies and rents. These changes will not affect our existing tenants, but they may affect new tenants and tenants who transfer to new homes. Visit the Communities and Local Government website for more details.

Do I need to sign a new tenancy agreement?

No. There is no need for new tenancies. Your existing tenancy terms have not changed.
