This is because Catalyst Communities Housing Association, Fortunegate Community Housing and Kensington Housing Trust joined together to form one housing association. This change does not affect your rent and/or service charge, tenancy, rights, or the terms of your loan if you’re an equity loan customer. This means you’ll not have to sign new tenancy agreements, leases or loan agreements.

What’s new?

New customer services department

We’ve created a new customer services department to replace the services provided by Catalyst Communities HA, Fortunegate Community Housing and Kensington Housing Trust. The emphasis in this new department is on the customer, and our teams will be working with you to make sure we deliver better homes and better services.

Two customer services centres

We’ve created two customer services centres – one in London and one for the South East. You can now call both centres using 0300 numbers.

What to dial

London: 0300 456 2099 (8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) South East: 0300 456 2090 (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) Our old numbers still work for six months, so don’t worry if you forget to take these down. The cost of calling a 0300 number is the same as calling a normal landline wherever your calling from.  Find out more about how you can contact us
