Resident satisfaction survey
We’re happy to report that your overall satisfaction with our services has increased
Around 2,000 Catalyst customers took part in our survey in June. It showed that overall 75% of tenants and 54% of leaseholders are satisfied with our services. This is an improvement from 73% and 44% respectively from 2 – 3 years ago.
The survey shows that you’re most likely to be happy with our overall service if you’re satisfied with the way we listen and act on your views, with the overall condition of your home, and with our repairs service.
We’ll be using the survey information to help us get better. We did this survey just before becoming Catalyst Housing, so that we can track how we’re doing in future, using this information as a starting point.
We sent surveys to a random selection of residents. If you didn’t get one, you can give us your views by filling in a suggestion form.
