Get funding for your group

Catalyst gives grants to residents’ groups to help them start-up or run their group or association. We also pay expenses to residents who take part in our activities or meetings.

Start-up grant

If you’re starting up a new residents’ group in your area, you may be eligible for a start-up grant. We give £200 to all new groups to help them get off the ground.

Annual maintenance grant

We’ll give you £3.50 for every Catalyst property your group covers. You can use the money for the day-to-day running costs of your group, or use it to advertise and get more members.

Please apply for a maintenance grant at the start of the financial year (from 1 April) or 12 months after your group has received a start-up grant.
