How we manage our homes

We work in partnership with our residents and contractors to provide a housing management service across a range of multi-tenure communities.

Our asset management team leads this work – maintaining, improving and investing in our homes and ensuring we meet the standards our customers expect.

Regular checks

We regularly renew, replace and update a variety of building components and carry out work to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of our stock. This includes external redecoration and repairs, kitchen and bathroom replacement, electrical rewiring, heating systems upgrades, and mechanical and electrical works.

We invest in our neighbourhoods by improving communal areas, lifts, security systems, gardens, and outside space.

We are proud that all our homes meet or exceed the government’s Decent Homes Standard.*

(*A few of our properties in Kensington are exempt from this target because they are part of an ongoing regeneration project)
