Catalyst restructure

On 30 September 2011 a planned restructure of the Catalyst Group’s housing associations took place. Catalyst Housing Group Limited, Fortunegate Community Housing and Kensington Housing Trust transferred their assets and liabilities to Catalyst Communities Housing Association Limited, which has changed its name to Catalyst Housing Limited. The FSA certificates confirming the change of name and transfer of engagements were issued on 30 September 2011 and can be downloaded below:
