Our digital strategy will help us to improve our online channels to help us deliver a better and more efficient service to our customers.
Many people increasingly prefer to do things online at a time that suits them – for example, manage their bank account or shop online –and we will be increasing our online services to reflect this need.
We are planning to increase the amount of transactions you can carry out on our website, for example arranging a repair appointment online through a self-service portal.
So far we have redesigned our website to to make it more user-friendly and easier to view on different devices and screens, including smartphones and tablets. This was in response to our research that the number of people accessing our website from mobile devices has increased significantly over the past year, and our redesign makes sure that our website works properly on different screen sizes.
